Although Lorenzo roommate matching system is extremely thorough, roommate issues are inevitable and Lorenzo staff is trained in handling these types of situations. The majority of roommate issues are worked out through a meeting with at least one manager and all roommates involved. Actions following the meeting will depend on the nature of the issue.

Lorenzo lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot live at Lorenzo after signing your lease, you will need to sublease. Please call the leasing office for information on subleasing.
