How to get employed?
Take into account your major, interests and time available and look to something that will help propel your career. There are many intern programs open that you can look into.
How to bank?
There are a multitude of banks. Some of the most popular are Wells Fargo and Bank of America. It is a good idea to visit your local branch and talk with a banking professional about your specific needs.
Do I need a license to apply?
If you do not have a license, we can accept a passport for application.
What happens if I get sick?
In addition to the USC Health Center, St. John's Well Child & Family Center has a medical clinic onsite. Additionally, we encourage you to find your own Primary Care Doctor. There are Urgent Care facilities and Minute Clinics that are spread out throughout the area that you can visit.
Do I need a guarantor?
You can use a local guarantor or you can choose to pay (2) months rent security deposit.
How long of a lease can I sign?
There are some opportunities for flexible lease terms for the International Program. Please speak directly to a leasing manager to find out your options at the property.
Who will I room with?
We have an excellent roommate matching system that works by identifying your wants and needs. By filling out our program questions fully, we are able to see what you are looking for in a roommate and match based on your criteria. We will work with you every step of the way.
